Registration

Our on-line registration portal is now open and easy to use. Registration, meals, tours, and T-shirts are included in our on-line registration package which can be accessed through this link https://cvent.me/0llOg1. Registration/Housing links will close June 15th. After that date, guests will need to contact members of the 2020 Session Committee for assistance.

Ten guests can be registered at one time! If you need to make changes before the deadline, they are also easy to accomplish. Once you complete the registration process, a confirmation email will be sent which contains the link to the Peppermill where you can complete your housing needs.

Upon your arrival, please check in with the Hotel Registration Desk for your hotel keys. Once you have located your room and secured your luggage, please proceed to the Tuscany Tower area to obtain your Session Registration materials. If you arrive after our registration desk is closed, you can obtain your materials in the morning.

Registration packets for jurisdictions will be available to a single designated person, with proper credentials, at the Registration Desk in the Tuscany Tower beginning at 7:30 am on Friday, July 24th. Registration badges will be provided for each person and must be worn/visible during all events. Doors of the Supreme Assembly Room will be tiled for all closed sessions.

All attendees must be registered and have their official badge visible upon entrance to the Supreme Assembly Room. The badge will also identify reserved meal information. Doors of the Supreme Assembly Room will be tiled for all closed sessions, and meal registrations will be verified by our Meal Hostesses. All Masters of the Grand Cross of Color must present their card for admittance to the Grand Cross of Color investiture.

Meals

In an effort to make dining easy for our guests, in addition to our traditionally “hosted” meals, other group meals are included in our registration information. Participating in most or all of these group meal opportunities will ensure a well-balanced and delicious meal within the time available without the logistics of making reservations in the outstanding Hotel restaurants or standing in line to be seated.

Please note, breakfast meals, with the exception of the Grand Cross Breakfast, are “continental” buffets with a protein option and are available throughout the posted hour.

All meals are on a space available basis and will be processed in the order in which they are received. All meal reservations are to be made on-line with your registration. Please make sure to note any special dietary requirements.

Alumni Luncheon/Social
Our Alumni Association is experimenting with a new opportunity in the hopes more Alumni Members will be able to attend and participate. They will have a designated area during Sunday’s General Luncheon. Because we will be on property and not necessarily committed to other tasks, it would be nice for us to join them and support their efforts. All Alumni are invited.

JML Luncheon
Our JMLs will also enjoy lunch and have some social/work time together. They will have a designated area at Saturday’s General Lunch.

General Information

First Aid
Basic First Aid will be provided only during Supreme Assembly Sessions. Mother Advisors should have a completed "Authorization for Medical Treatment" form for each girl and adult in your delegation in case of an emergency.

Security
Security for our guests will be provided routinely by the Peppermill personnel as well as volunteers from the 2020 Committee. Please be aware that minors are not allowed to loiter, hang out, or monitor activity in the gaming areas of the property pursuant to State law. When there is a need to traverse through the gaming area, for example to a restaurant, girls should simply move “with purpose” with their designated adults. There is a high level of security and surveillance in the gaming areas.

Lost and Found
Items that are lost and found can be turned in either to the Registration Desk when it is open or at the Acting Supreme Recorder’s desk. Items will be announced by the Acting Supreme Recorder and stored at the Registration Desk until the close of Session. Unclaimed items will be disposed of at the close of Session.

Sewing
A designated sewing area will be available; please inquire in the Registration Area. This emergency assistance is limited to the Supreme Family, Acting Supreme Officers, GCOC Team Members, Supreme Pages, etc. for an on-site emergency, not a dress that needs to be fitted or hemmed!

Candidates for Initiation
We are hoping to have a large class of initiates at Supreme 2020, and we invite you to bring girl(s) to be initiated at Supreme Assembly. It will be a wonderful experience for these new members. Please return the Candidate for Initiation Form to the Supreme Office by email by June 1st. Please make sure they have been balloted on by their local assembly before they arrive. Our Acting Supreme Officers will sign a Ritual for each new member; on the form, please identify the Ritual type/size (Traditional or Contemporary) your jurisdiction utilizes. Attire for our initiates will be consistent with your jurisdictional tradition.

Supreme Choir
The International Supreme Choir adds so much to our Sessions and is a wonderful experience for our members. We are inviting girls from every Jurisdiction who are good singers and who enjoy performing to be in the International Supreme Choir!

Likewise, girls with instrumental talent are invited to entertain us. Please let your Supreme Inspector or Supreme Deputy know the names of the girls who want to participate. Completed form due by April 15, 2020. Attire for the Supreme Choir will be simple long white dresses and white shoes.

Session TShirts
The Commemorative Session T-shirt should be ordered on-line at this time. The costs are identified; these t-shirts will be available with your Session Registration Package. A t-shirt will also be part of the Girls’ Mixer / Fun Night. The cost of Fun Night and the t-shirt is just $5; adults are welcome to attend and participate in Fun Night. The Grand Jurisdiction of Nevada has planned some fun things for this evening – which require this specific t-shirt!
